I literally chose Joe and Sons for their name lol - figuring it to be a family business that cared about the quality of their work and satisfaction of their customers. Well my crazy intuition was right - from the first call to finished product everything went right to plan. They booked a rapid appointment to provide a quote and lend their expertise in helping us make a decision. Provided a fair quote , booked 2 days to perform the work , had to change the dates but communicated this well and rebooked. We are very satisfied with the final product. We had a driveway installed along with a 2000 square-foot deck around our pool. We found that Joe & sons was very responsive especially in communications. Kris managed the project always staying in touch with us. If he didn’t answer his phone he would call back, often within minutes. We have just had our concrete work completed by Joe and Sons. Extending our patio and adding another. We are extremely happy with the end results. In Oct 2020 Joe & Sons Concrete Ltd removed an asphalt section of our driveway and replace it with a beautiful concrete driveway. My experience with Joe and Sons was positive from day 1. It was refreshing to interact with a company who met all their time frames and executed the work exactly as planned. They left their work spaces clean at the end of every day, I was always communicated with and the quality of the work was apparent when all inspections passed without any concerns or questions from the city and the engineer. The minor concerns and questions I had were immediately answered and addressed. I will recommend Joe and Sons to anyone looking for professional work and professional customer service without hesitation.

Amazing company great actually superior customer service. First pour of cement had an area that was bumpy worked out a plan to redo etc. Great team amazing owner Kris highly recommend.

Kris and his team poured concrete for my driveway, patio and pool deck on my new custom home. The driveway and patio turned out awesome and I even got them to do a special technique for the patio. The pool deck was not great initially but Kris was so awesome to work with. He was responsive to my concerns and ended up coming back to fix the problem on his dime. I know that everything doesn't always go perfectly and sometimes at no one's fault but having a customer service like this is the kind of business I would recommend over and over again. Thanks Kris so much. The pool deck looks so much better. Definitely use these guys and know they are going to stand behind their work!
