Just an overall mess. The profession constantly touts researched based practice but no one is on the same page so you'll never see consistency in that regard. Winnipeg's service itself being the worst offender.May as well be practicing wild caveman medicine.Also still treating it's own people like disposable goods and taking advantage of the fact that most people want to work in the city instead of rural.
