The sales office team has been great. My post-sales questions are always answered within hours by C.F. - exceptional and beyond expectations. The inspection visit was great too - everything I noted was taken seriously and the gentleman doing the inspection really cared about the quality. The unit is well-built and the building will be gorgeous once finished. Nice project!

I bought my condo on plan in 2015.Pre-sale:Treated like royalty. 3D renditions of the view from my future balcony were presented. I bought a unit with a guaranteed view of the city per their recommendation and reassurance that my view would be permanent. The view was worth the price.Note: Buying a 505 sf condo doesn’t mean you’ll get a 505 sf condo, unless stated explicitly by the seller! It’s about 460 sf at delivery. They are allowed to advertise the square footage of a unit without the walls, cabinets, and rooms put up.Post-sale:My project was a year and a half late. Customer service disappeared after signing.Notary:I signed with the developer’s notary. I found out my 505 sf condo was now 462 sf all in. They assured me it was normal – I could’ve been better informed as a buyer here, but I signed a bunch of stuff saying that it’s totally cool that 60 sf disappeared into thin air (but not its equivalent in real estate value). Then I got the keys to my condo and it was one of the best moments of my life!Move-in:I moved in end of 2017. Novelty wore off quickly. Some floorboards weren’t anchored, there were deep scratches in the floor, a hair was sealed into my kitchen counter. New owners had 30 days to notify Devimco of defects needing repair. Their service made me second guess my sanity. Those 30 days were spent deep in negotiation; they implied I was a liar, solely responsible for the defects, just a new owner who doesn’t understand the norm.Quality of the delivery:1. Amenities: the gym (like 3 cardio machines, one weightlifting bench, etc) was woefully underscoped considering it is now being used by thousands of co-owners across 5 buildings, not to mention constantly damaged equipment due to overuse. The elevators (only two were planned for 15 floors and two buildings’ worth of residents) are frequently down due to overuse as well. The rooftop is beautifully decorated with swinging wicker chairs, barbecues (though again often damaged) and modern style fireplaces.2. The building is well soundproofed.3. The floors are engineered wood, so drop things at your own risk.4. The glossy countertops and the slow-closing cabinets are stunning.5. The space optimization and layout are among the best features, despite the small size of most of the units.6. Tiling was fine but still seemed rushed. There were already cracks in the grout a year in -- an issue for many owners.Final thoughts:Please look up the legal history of the developers you're considering to see what the main points of stress and defects are in their client base. The Loi de la protection du consommateur should be more involved in pre-sale projects to see what’s promised vs. what’s delivered. Devimco lacked respect, reliability, and responsibility, rooted in its privilege from being an untouchable self-appointed corporate God.

I would honestly give zero stars if there was an option. This company is unable to deliver promises, let me elaborate with few of with concrete facts regarding:Mary Robert building.1) the sauna, cold plunge and spa have been in « renovations » for over an year yet there has been not a single worker on site.2) the roof top fire place is still not functional3) bbq on the rooftop is unavailable4) pool is out of service and we are quickly approaching mid June. This is by gar THE WORST exemple of management a client can encounter, by my personal experience. This company is very good at putting the blame at other parties denying all accountability. They claim to be working hard yet it’s nothing but false promises and a real scam.Renters and buyers from this construction company please do your due diligence or else prepared to live on “ unforeseen events / etc” messages.

Bought a condo from them in 2018 and the condo was suposed to be ready by 2020. The apartment was ready by 2021 and the building amenities are not done 2 years after the delivery date. We're now in 2023 and they don't give any date for the delivery of the amenities. Also poor quality of the service, they never addressed the deficiencies of my apartment! Do not recommend buying from them

May 2022 . I moved into the Mary Roberts with a promise to have a cold plunge open within a month … it has now been a year after multiple promises of spa sauna and cold plunge( missing part doesn’t take 13 months and counting ) … it’s now the middle of the summer a year later 2 pools are not open and one of the rooftops is closed … Devimco keeps promising all these things that they never deliver … only thing they did a faulty fob access that takes five seconds for everyone to access their floor …. I feel scammed and willl never deal with devimco again … awful company I should of did my research before putting my trust in devimco

I've been living here with a friend for almost two years, and I'm quite disappointed with the Devimco. They've been promising a spa, cold plunge, and jacuzzi for almost a year now, but it's just empty talk. Every two months, they blame the syndicate for the delay, but nothing happens. To make matters worse, the pools aren't even open during the summer season. It's frustrating when you can't enjoy the amenities when you need them the most. The fob systems in the elevators are a joke. They don't work properly, causing unnecessary delays and inconveniences for everyone. It's a basic feature that should function flawlessly.Overall, I'm not impressed. Broken promises and useless facilities have been the norm here. I hope the real estate company takes these issues seriously and actually delivers on their commitments.

Buying a condo in a huge development project can be a very complicated and often frustrating endeavour as things may not always run as smoothly as one might hope. But the people you work with make all the difference. I had the pleasure of working with Laurie McGrath who made every effort to fix what went wrong. She was always professional, accessible, thorough and went the extra mile for me. I felt well taken care of in her hands. If you get the chance to work with Laurie, lucky you! She is first class.

At 50 & 60 Rue De’ L’Eclipse if you want to walk to Dix30 from the front door you need to walk around the whole complex through the solar uniquarter center to get to the sidewalk to walk up the bridge just to get to dix30. It would be nice if there was some easier way to access that sidewalk instead of everyone having to do a complete huge loop around. A bunch of tenants and owners were discussing the other day that the apartments a few blocks away have a shorter distance to cover just to get to the sidewalk that is next to this building. It just seems like very poor layout and is not taking into consideration the hundreds of people living in this devimco building who would like to have easier access to this sidewalk crossing but end up not using it because of the route you have to take to get there!
