Professional and prompt service....these guys went out of their way to make sure the installation of the pool safety cover went perfectly. Truly appreciated the hard work and honesty from these guys. Mike was a class act. They'll be doing all my pool maintenance in the future.You won't regret hiring these guys.

I don't even know where to start...Russ our sales rep was amazing to deal with. Very responsive, didn't try and oversell anything, did the whole permit process to make it as stress free as possible. They arranged everything from water delivery to plumbing to electrical to landscaping. John Bouwmeister the landscaper in charge was great at chatting through all the landscaping ideas and desigbs and really made my dream come to life. All their crews worked hard to minimize disruptions and were all very friendly. They are a very trustworthy organization and were professional the entire time. The best part was they were here almost everyday except for downpours and completed the project in the same month exactly as promised. It didn't end there either Chris the service guy was always available to help with any questions about maintenance and chemicals and Brian did a fantastic job teaching me everything possible to service it myself. Thanks to the whole team for giving me my backyard oasis!

Very friendly honest service!

My partner and I are new to the pool world and got ourselves an above ground, knowing very little on how to balance a pool we went to Rintoul’s. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and helpful to show us the importance of the chemicals and what to do for weekly upkeep.

Ryan and Vanessa have gone above and beyond to help us learn to care for our pool and spa. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend them for any needs and concerns surrounding pools and hottubs.

Best team! Very easy to deal with, they all are very friendly and the wok is always done to the perfection. We have been working with the. For 7 years and they did everything you can imagine, from changing our system, liner and filter, installing a winter security blanket and more. They do the opening and closing our our pool and we highly recommend the the company to anyone that wants quality for a fair price for their pool needs.

Professional customer service, reminder phone call and showed up when they said they would.The repairmen gave a sense of confidence in their abilities and they got the job done quickly and most importantly properly. All done at half the cost other local companies had quoted.
