Considering she was very busy, one customer after another, Lisa's efforts in making sure you're looked after is what great customer service is all about. Patience is key and she will exhaust every option possible. Sometimes it doesn't work out but this time around, and fortunately enough for me, there was an option. Thank you so much Lisa.
