Emergency Dental YYC

I've recently had some issues with one of my molars that needed urgent care. I've had two procedures done by Dr. Chin: both a root canal and a tooth extraction. I'm someone who usually feels pretty anxious going into a dental office. All the procedures make me feel nervous. Even simple cleanings are no fun for me due to my hyper-sensitive teeth, so you can imagine the stress I felt about having two pretty major procedures done recently. But I found both the root canal and the extraction surprisingly comfortable. Dr. Chin has a unique way of putting my mind at ease. The needles don't really hurt. He's obviously given many needles in his day and knows how to do it in the most comfortable way possible. During the root canal, I was able to watch Netflix on a television strapped to the ceiling above me which made the time pass quite quickly. And the tooth extraction was surprisingly fast and 100% pain free, too. I highly recommend this dental office, Dr. Chin, and all his staff to everyone. I've had two great experiences there. I was able to get in the same day with my visit options that would work best for me.The dental hygienist was wonderful and kind.The dentist was very good at explaining my options and costs.I was able to consider my options and able to come back in the next day for my dental work.Extremely happy with this experience.And I have a huge needle phobia and they were wonderful and understanding.

They were able to see me the same day. Friendly staff and the dentist was very honest and knowledgeable. He has my long term dental health and best interests in his advice.

I had wisdom teeth issues and within hours I was booked in for a consultation. I was given different options for my procedures. I’m usually very anxious going to the dentist my nerves were very calm! A tv on the ceiling was a touch. Thank you Dr. Chin and Tammy!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.I booked an appointment with wisdom tooth pain,and when i came,first its my appointment was late for 40 minutes.After that when they made xray for 230$,doctor said -i cant extract this tooth because i am not qualified,you should go to another dentistry...So why you accept appointments with wisdom tooth pain and charge for x ray and emergency exam if you cant extract tooth after that,and then send with strong pain to another dentistrys? Wasted time and money...

They were able to see me the same day I called which was amazing. Really thorough explanation of all options. Very genuine Dentist who cares about his patients. Had a good experience here. Front desk staff were all wonderful and personable as well. Would recommend.

I was seen to really fast for my issues. He explained everything so well and in detail and made me feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend for any dental issues. The front desk staff were super friendly too and answered all of my questions and concerns

Came here because one of my wisdom teeth was causing me pain, expecting the usual consultation and scheduling an appointment for later. But after they looked at my tooth, they were able to numb the area and pop it out within 5 minutes. Everyone was very nice, lighthearted, and professional, and the procedure was inexpensive (I’m a US citizen traveling in Canada so I had to pay out of pocket). Overall I’d highly recommend them even just based on my one experience there.

I had an emergency dental problem and I was able to get a same day appointment. Dr. Chin was very helpful and explained everything in great detail to me. I knew exactly what I was looking at, what he was doing, etc. Heather, at the front desk is also very welcoming and friendly. Great experience. Would definitely recommend.

I had awful anxiety coming in today because of a bad experience somewhere else. The lovely reception was amazing and nice while I waited. Dr. Chin was fantastic and said if I was in any pain, he would stop. Well, 5 minutes after he started, I was done and I didn’t feel anything!… Definitely go see the amazing staff here!!!
