Wide, well lit open spaces. Large resident rooms. Friendly staff.

One of the nicest residential I've yet to see. Everything is very well maintained, very clean and residents are well taken care of. I would definitely feel comfortable having a loved one here.

Nice place and nice people. It is a long-term facility (AKA Residential Care), but they also have short-stay Respite and Dementia Care for highly mobile demented seniors.

Way worse experience compared to 3-4 years ago. Staff is too busy, or hard to find. Reception is rude and unfriendly. Walls are cluttered with nursing agenda and messages. It is a nursing home, but very institutional. Would want my mom to live there.

Clean and neat, residents are well looked after. Rooms are spacious, large and up-to-date.Good food and caring staff.

My mom moved in a bit less than a year ago, and the staff here are fantastic! Her care is so much better, I don't have to worry as much. Plus, when I visit here I don't feel like my presence is a burden to the staff.

I cannot say enough about the staff at The Residence in Mission. My Dad had to go on first available bed and this is where we ended up. At first we were very worried as most of our family lives in the White Rock area. We took turns driving out to visit him. Eventually my Dad was moved to Evergreen in White Rock. The staff at The Residence was so amazing. My Dad never once asked to come home. All the staff made such a fuss over him and he loved it. Samantha the manager is a beautiful caring women who is without a doubt in the right field. Everybody was so incredibly sweet to my Dad and our whole family. I highly recommended them. If they had been located in South Surrey we would have been thrilled.

Phenomenal care facility that my Dad was at. Highest praise possible to all attendants, nurses, support staff and managers. Extra kudos to Karen, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you did for my Dad. You are an amazing person and I can't thank you enough. Highly recommend.

This is a great facility and there are some awesome staff members! There are also some staff members who should consider another career. Some of them are full of love and really care about our loved ones, While others absolutely do not. There is also theft happening at the hospital. This is so disgusting! People in their final days, months or possibly even years being stolen from allegedly from some of the hospital staff. Some investigations are leading towards it being some of the staff members. The hospital needs to be aware of this and conduct investigations accordingly. If the hospital really cares they will do some undercover investigations. Plant devices with GPS technology in it. Those that get convicted should lose their license and be expelled from the hospital without any benefits whatsoever, as well as being thrown into prison as the legal system dictates!
