Absolutely appalled by this company and their employees. Extremely rude speaking with the companies accountant Patricia she made it seem as if our business was not valued despite our continued business though out the year. As a business you should value everyone's business. She was absolutely rude to me and told me my company is a small business and we don't order every week! Absolutely insane. I suggest doing business with Appleton Foods, Bramic Sales, that also provide the same products that Ferma has. Totally disgusting and unsatisfactory behavior!

One of their drivers was blocking me on the street, I honked and he cussed me out. If I wasn't going to work at that time I would have called the cops for harassment. That's how rude and nasty he was.If that's the kind of people you want working for you, you shouldn't be in business.

I have purchased ferma products for years. Lately I have found that the rice is extremely dirty that I have to rinse it for 10 minutes before I can use. It is also mixed with other grains of rice and has a lot of black grains in it they look like mice droppings ( hope that is not the case). The previous bag of rice I bought I threw away.

I once purchased a bag of their frozen peas and they would not cook properly. I certainly hope that was a one time event, though I'm not taking chances when there are other brands on the shelf/freezer.

Cheap company. They don’t even fill their cans of canned food to the top. About 20% of the product is missing. What other corners do they cut?
