Crazy Bills Brantford

Great store with lots of glass, products, and different brands! Service is always very nice !Only downside is that they have many contests and raffles that never get drawn! I've seen the same raffles on bongs for a long time and they never change.

I made several purchases and was quite pleased with what I bought. Later that evening I got home and realized there were two items of the same thing. The following day I went back to the store to return the duplicate item. When I returned to the store I thought I would be well as well recieved as I was the night before. But much to my dismay I wasn't. I was told I couldn't return the item because there was a no return policy. At no time was I informed about said policy or was it posted throughout the store. The associate said that I had said I wanted both items and the other associate working backed her up and said he had heard me make that statement. I began to get a bit perturbed at the fact he said this. At no time was he anywhere near us when I had asked to look at those products. I claimed I had said no such thing and continued to ask for a return and get my money back. The merchandise in question was unopened or used at anytime and remained in the box the entire time. It wasn't until my argument became a little heated the associate said she didn't want argue with me and returned my money. I pleasantly left having gotten my cash back, but felt as though I had been mistreated and given double the bad customer service I wasn't expecting. I don't think I'll return anytime soon. I've been going to Crazy Bills for over 15 years. Never have I been treated in such a manner at any retail establishment. Not cool for what I thought was a cool place.

I just got back from this store. I walk in the store and the OLDER woman working there was talking on the phone. She's a real cranky woman and she was talking about ALL people under 25 and how TERRIBLE they are at work and how they are ALWAYS on their phone. She stayed on HER phone the whole time, while ringing my stuff up and she never talked to me. My daughter is 21 and she works HARD and she NEVER talks on her phone at work because she works at Tim Hortons. GET off of YOUR PHONE and stop bad mouthing people in front of your customers. You are NEVER KIND when I go to your store....so I decided today, I'm NOT coming in your store anymore. You are RUDE!

Everything is wayyyyyy overpriced and they barely know what they are talking about it

Absolutely amazing store. I have never been to a serious glass shop until today and Crazy Bills had everything I was looking for. Quartz Glass, Cool carb caps, and great customer service.I was helped by the owner the entire time as she was in this Saturday moving shelves around the store. She was incredibly pleasant, had great taste in glass, and even gave us some freebies to leave with. Definitely will be back and would rate 10/5 if I could. Awesome store.

You cannot find a kinder place in any downtown. The courteous, enthusiastic, and professional staff make rolling paper selection a delight, and the delicate task offinding the best down-stem for a homemade mason jar bong a downright breeze.That was a looooong sentence above there however, I'm sure many of you know why: the brownies I made were also very good.Anyhow: great place, great selection. Give it a go & you'll be back! Ps I made the green mason jar bong with kit from Crazy Bills. If I can make a bong, you can too!

I refuse to buy glass from any other shop in Brantford, i’ve been coming to crazy bills since highschool and I don’t plan to switch headshops. I walked into Crazy Bills and I knew very minimal things about dabbing, Sarah helped me to the fullest of her ability and I left confident in my purchase. Such wholesome and great homies there

I've been coming to this place for years, always friendly informative staff with a large selection.

Had a really good experience here. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had bought some terp pearls but they wouldn't spin in my banger the way it was. Turns out i was using the wrong kind of carb cap and my banger was too small. A short conversation later and I was sent home with a new larger banger and this fancy flat disc carb cap with spirals on it. Boy does this thing spin up the pearls fast and with no effort on the lungs! Woohoo! Thanks for the help guys! Also I bought my volcano vaporizer here 2 or 3 years ago now and it was the best price around by far. Highly recommend this place for your glass and other accessories.
