Horrible horrible customer service. If you can go anywhere else, I suggest never dealing with this company. They do not honour their word or value their customer or their loyalty. Been waiting to get a machine (s11) for more than a year. And their representative John informed me recently that the company is adding additional (admin) fees on top of whatever you’re paying out of pocket. They added this fee a month ago and didn’t even let their customers waiting for machines know. They could’ve given me a choice to purchase an older model (s10) before the fees were implemented, but they even took that choice from me. I requested to have me grandfathered in for an exception as I could’ve easily purchased from another vendor but I was told I could wait until 1 was available. I’ve been giving them my business for many years worth of masks and hose but I guess making an extra buck is more important than retaining a loyal customer. 0/5 stars

The staff are nice and friendly enough.I had to try a few masks before I found the one that fit me best.They are extremely expensive! I think most of these suppliers are knowing that you're going through insurance to pay for it.When you compare the products to online purchases through the United States the prices are ridiculous. I feel sorry for anybody who doesn't have insurance having to purchase this
