Q One Show Technologies (closed and operating under Wave Show Technologies)
As someone who is not exceptionally well versed in industry terms, I was a little nervous about heading to Q One to buy some gels. I had no need to worry, however, as these guys were exceptionally kind and helpful. The sales representative went back and forth from the back store room until I had selected precisely the gels I wanted. I could not have asked for better customer service. Bonus points for the large Phantom of the Opera production poster!
