Ural's has done all of my auto repairs on both of my cars. I was surprised at how well he can do electrical repairs as well. Always a lower price then most any other shop and it is always done right. Super friendly guy that can always at least look at a problem. I can just drop by and he'll have a quick look. Can't ask for more.

Ural booked me in on a Saturday, even though they were booked up and stayed after close to to fix the oil leak and do an oil change! Afterward he mentioned the God awful rattling of the heatsheld and apologized for it being too late to look at it... What awesome service:) He then said to call when I have some time and he'd take care of it and gave me an estimate right there! Will absolutely go back! 100% recommend!

I never thought I’d find an honest mechanic. Ural and his team fixed my muffler on a Saturday night of a long weekend. No one in town was willing to help me except for Ural. Gave me the best rate and looked out for me. I definitely recommend Ural

Been going to Ural's for a few odd repairs in the past. Ended up getting a new car 7 years ago, so didn't require a visit to him for a while. In the last few days, my car required new brake lines. The dealer wanted $1000 plus tax for that job and 4 business days to complete the work. Decided to drop by and talk to Ural about it. Not only did he do the job for less than half the price, but he also had the car ready in 24 hours.I will be a customer for life!

Came to Ural’s because our car was making a terrible noise while on a road trip through Ottawa. They took us in right away to diagnose the problem. It was the AC converter. Francis was so accommodating and ordered and replaced the part in the same day so we could get on with our travels. I highly recommend Ural’s!

I called Ural when I was in a pinch. My car had a cylinder misfire which prevented me from travelling back home to Toronto. Ural came to the shop early to help me out with my car and even gave me a car to use for the day while he did the repairs. One of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic.

Best mechanic EVER! Great advice, great work and oh so gentlemanly Ural. I hope I never have to go anywhere other than to Ural for fixings. Gotta love that there is a guitar at the ready in the shop. Music + Mechanics = true harmony :)

Great Garage, very friendly and they will try their best to make you happy, surprised to receive a follow up call asking about our feedback and if we are satisfied, rarely you will see that in any Auto Garage even with dealer ship.Good luck for them and definitely will go there again when needed
