Do not buy a house from RoyalCliff. The supervisor on the site were not checking the building process and viewing the proper plan during construction. Leave the site very messy and dirty even people pee on the site with very bad smell. They had very bad construction and cheap materials. causes my house with a lot of problems over the years.They are not acknowledge the problems they caused. However the services was good after sale , and speedy service try to resolve some problem.

Do not buy a house made by Royalcliff. The material and workmanship is brutal. After being in our house for over 10 years, we recently decided to put hardwood flooring in. To our surprise, once the laminate was lifted up, there was particle board underneath and not plywood. Unbelievable how they cheaped out on a number of items.
