Very good service! Explained everything to my buddy in a way he, as an inexperienced backyard- mechanic, easily followed, and managed to de- stress my Godson with some well- timed cartoons as we sat and chilled in the waiting area.Awesome guys, quick and detailed service, and my favourite part? They are honest.Other people might have had different experiences, but this particular time was experienced by a satisfied customer.

We have been searching for an honest and good mechanic shop for a few years after moving into Waterloo region, a friend recommended Meineke and John. We brought my wife’s SUV in for a rattling exhaust and a rough idle. We spoke with John and Bruno, they were friendly, honest and upfront with us. They fixed her SUV in the timeline promised. These guys are honest, hard working and keep their word. They do what it takes to earn your business, get you back on the road and keep you satisfied. I can’t see enough good things about this shop, I’d give a 10 star review if I could!

I was promptly greeted and registered for a safety for my car. I was offered coffe or water during my wait which was approximately an hour. Very happy with the service. The technician assured me that the car was fully functional. Didn’t need any repairs. Thank you for your prompt and courteous service.
