LE BRONZAGE DU PLATEAU

I’m not one to write reviews in general, however my experience today prompted me to do so. This was my first time visiting the salon. I was welcomed in a very unfriendly manner by the only employee who was working at the salon at that time. To elaborate, when I had asked to learn more about the services, the guy seemed to be bothered and did not want to answer any of my questions. In addition to that he seemed under the influence of drugs. He was mumbling and rolling his eyes as he was attempting to respond to my questions. I went there to get a spray tan and he was the only employee there. He was the one who was going to do it for me. I was not asked in advance if I prefer being helped by a female or male employee, which I find very unprofessional. When I told the male employee that I do not feel comfortable in getting undressed in front of him, he acted shocked and was offended by my question as if I insulted him, when in fact I asked a very normal question. I was never given the choice of selecting between a male and female preference which is a standard for such services. I did not end up getting a spray tan and I do not think I will ever go back to that salon. I absolutely do not recommend going there .

Disaster. The girl at the counter just talks too much instead of concentrating on what she is doing. I asked for 7 min yesterday in a stand up knowing my skin. She charged me $14 and put me in for 14 min of tanning instead of 7. Her facial expression when I asked her why was it so long told me clearly she made a mistake, but she denied to cover her rear. I am all burned todayMy advice: talk less, ficus on what you are doing, and you deserve to bear some sort of responsibility for this

I have been to this tanning salon a few times but I won't go there anymore.I always take the darkest color spray tan but at my last visit, the employee sprayed me with a different color.The result was not dark at all. It looked like a very light tan. A big difference compared to my usual dark color I always take.I sent them an email and the owner replied. She said that I could go there the next day for a free spray tanning.I got the second spray tanning by her personally but it didn't work, either. After the shower, it has all gone. Instead of telling me that they run out of the dark color, they tried to spray me with a different color.They didn't want to lose money for one session. Well, they lost my trust and all my future business with them.I paid $50 for spray tan, $15 tip and $20 tip for the second free visit. Yet, all I got was a light tan. Got cheated twice.EDIT:I came afternoon around 1 PM. The store opens at noon. You didn't open the store for me early if that is what you are trying to say.I gave you $20 tip for the free tanning in good faith and I was happy when I was leaving because you told me that I would have the same dark colour as usual.Sorry, I trust people easily. For spray tanning, the result appears after the shower. I figured out that I was lied and got cheated a second time only when I went home and took a shower after 8 hours.

HORRIBLE ! Poor customer service. I tried calling in today to ask about the service and the lady was so rude and disrespectful. She makes you feel like you are bothering them. Don’t come here

Had such a good experience with Sophie! It was my first spray tan and she gladly answered all my questions before, during and after. She also made me feel super comfortable and made sure to do a complete and thorough job so I was ready for my trip!

Sophie is absolutely amazing! It was my first time getting a spray tan so I was a bit nervous. Sophie really took the time to explain everything, and made me feel at ease. Not only that she is extremely thorough! She triple checked to make sure my tan was even everywhere, and that I was happy with it, and it shows. I look amazing, thank you Sophie! Definitely coming back again

Amazing, amazing AMAZING!Sophie is the best!!!The quality of the products, and the expertise and care from Sophie beats all other places hands down! After 20 minutes at LBDP, you feel thinner, younger and ready for your bathing suit!Sophie greets you like an old friend and makes you feel completely comfortable even though you’re half naked! She is so professional and sculpts your body with expertise and precision…which not only looks great, but is so much better for your skin then sitting out in the sun.
