Couldn’t have had a better first experience, very happy to have found Auto Service Plus. Went by a few places for maintenance on my Volvo and chose Mario on first impressions. He exceeded expectations: clearly very skilled, honest and accommodating. He patiently advised and explained what was necessary to do and what could wait and carried out the stuff for more than reasonable price. Will gladly return for future maintenance!

Mario recently did some brake work on my Volvo 240 wagon, very thorough in his explanation, pricing is fair and honest, and he made no attempts to up-sell me. With that single repair he has become my go-to Volvo mechanic. I've already recommended him to others and will continue to do so. Truly a gentleman and it shows.

As a first time car owner I was really anxious about taking my Volvo in to a mechanic for the first time. Mario was recommended through a friend and I'm so glad he did. Mario is extremely honest, fair, knowledgable and takes the time to explain things in laymans terms so you can fully understand his diagnoses. I can't recommend him enough and am really happy to have found a mechanic I can rely on when I need it.

Excellent mechanic, very honest; have been a customer of his for many years. Highly recommended.Update 6 years later: still the best mechanic I know. Honest to a fault. Highly recommended if you live in downtown west Toronto, or from further away if you have a Volvo (Mario's specialty).
