We have to apologize to Patton's Plumbing, we had called a few plumbers on the same day and forgot to call him back after another plumber was able to come sooner.They arrived bright and early next morning as they said they would, and we felt awful that the work had already been looked at. He was very professional about it, and refused to accept any payment for the gas/time of the drive (about an hour each way).Apologies again, we normally are not this forgetful!

Ed came out to assess what I was looking to have done. He seemed interested and told me he would get back to me with a price that night. I never heard from him again. My multiple calls and texts to check in were ignored. If he had told me he wasn't interested, or that he was too busy, etc I would have understood. But to lead me on and then simply stop answering my messages was unprofessional and a waste of both of our time.
