Metro Pet is a one stop for all your pet needs! The staff there are unbelievably friendly AND educated on everything they have in store. Uly & Jane are amazing and it makes my day when they’re working. Was having issues with my one cat loosing weight. They were very helpful in suggestions and even when I came in they would ask how my boy was doing. After 4 months we figured out what was working and he's now gaining weight. ❤

Great brands and wonderful quality. Shout out specifically to Kate and Uly for always being truly engaged and focused on their customers. My aged Sheltie and I so appreciate their dedication at the various store locations. Customer service at this level is hard to find nowadays - informational and sincere but not overselling. Love the new east end location too!

Such a beautiful store! We are so happy that Metro Pet Market now has an east location. We’ve shopped with Metro for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their staff is so knowledgeable and they only offer the best food. Our dogs and cats are living healthy lives thanks to Metro Pet!

I always love my experience at Metro, but this new location might just be one of my favourites! It’s so bright, spacious, and of course like the other locations, smells amazing. The staff are always friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful. I know they genuinely care about my dog’s health which means I always leave with the best products for my old boy. Congrats on this new location, Metro! It’s perfect.
