Outstanding customer service, very efficient problem evaluation and solving they appeared to listen to our concerns that one of the company vans was not charging the battery properly, they kept the van for only one full day and the outstanding repair was to simply charge the battery over night and now it's charged! Everything works now. I'm not sure how often we'll need to return the van for the additional charge to be topped up in the van? Only time will tell I suppose. They even cleaned the van for us, although on inspection my colleague and I couldn't exactly ascertain what they thought they'd cleaned?? Outstanding all round service...

Very dubious service. Charged over £500 to fix suspension on C4 then two weeks later suspension problem occurs again & they want more than £700 to fix it ! I contacted General Manager and he doesn't have the basic courtesy to even bother to reply !They claim they are serious about Customer Service & Satisfaction yet clearly, as evidenced by the lack of basic courtesy, aren't.

Recent visit and test drive went ok till trade in, then fell apart, as original price give for a used DS3 was inflated by approx. £700, with a derisory figure given for my trade in vehicle of £400, of which I declined , after being told to sell it on Gumtree , we left .My wife phoned the next day to enquire about the original price that was given without trade in and was told we don't do tricks"

Thank you Marshall DS3 team. (Chris & Paul )I have just returned home from having my car MOT'd. Very pleased with the level of service they provided me they kept me updated through out the day of progression and any extra cost even offered for my park and ride ticket into town whilst I waited. Even though I love my car anyway, it feels much better since I opted for the diesel flush through. still managing to get 65.2MPG.Well done & thank you to you all..

I have had two Motability car from this garage and always found the sales, service, and parts staff, to be most helpful they and have shown me great kindness. It seem nothing is too much trouble for them . Which was a complete differents to the Cambridge Vauhall dealers!

Amazing looking show room with lots of staff. Staff weren't overly proactively approaching but on this occasion I did have lots of questions. No brochure for the car I was interested in. Loads of stock to look at and well presented

Visited for a recall of my citroen took 3 separate trips for them to complete the work due to missing parts. This was despite the fact that the required part was explicitly mentioned as required as part of the work therefore it was known 2 weeks prior that they were required. The owner / manager was also rude and unhelpful when I asked why I had to wait almost an hour for a courtesy car which again they knew I needed well in advance.
