my friends recommended this place to me, and went there today, got my hair done with jin ju. I would say so far it is the best hair-cut experience I have had in Vancouver over the past 5 years. jin ju is very professional, she communicated with me beforehand, and made sure we're on the same page, and the result's even better. I love her work ethic, and her passion about what she's doing. not to mention the great price, and super clean/neat studio. I would definitely come back, and recommend this place to my friends.

Jinju was one of the best and most amazing hair dressers in my whole life. She def knows how to make what exactly customers need for their hair style. I wanted deep and high layered style which is similar with Hanni of NewJeans. And she nailed it. Amazing experience!

Spontaneously visited this salon today and had such a wonderful experience! Our 3-year old son had his first haircut with Jinju and she was absolutely amazing with him and gave him a beautiful haircut! They were also super accommodating with last minute requests: trimming my curtain bangs and cleaning up my husband's neckline. Can't recommend them enough and looking forward to returning again soon!

I have latina hair that is straight, thick and long. I've been to 5 different hairdressers in West Vancouver and they did not know how to cut my hair. On my 5th and last visit, I had a horrible haircut and was desperate to find someone to fix it. I found Salon de J on Google and they were great. Jinju cut and saved my hair! She was kind and professional. I felt at ease. The price of wash and haircut was decent and not overpriced. I will definitely be going back. And I will be recommending this place to people.

I got a hair cut from Jin Ju. She has a great skill for haircut and knowledge. Whenever I visit here, she does her best for me, and I always get 100% satisfaction of my hair cut. I strongly recommend here if you keep trying to find real salon.

I liked the fact that the person who cut my hair did not color my hair but deferred to a colorist in the same salon. It showed that there was respect for each person's strength.
