I recently wanted a shift in my career as a preschool teacher, and found an excellent position as a private teacher for a wonderful family. Mandie was so helpful making the connection between the family and me, and discussing details of being a teacher in someone's home. While different than what I have done in the past, I am loving the change; the chance to be a creative educator in a home setting as the pandemic continues is both freeing and a fun challenge. This agency is spectacular! By far the best nanny/family assistant placement agency in the area. As a family assistant I interviewed with quite a few agencies, and felt like Starling was so much more reliable and communicative than the others. Starling Nanny Agency is the best of the best in my opinion! As a nanny, I’ve worked with multiple other agencies and Starling, by far, is my favorite to work with! They work effortlessly to find the best fit for both the nanny and the family. They help with contracts and make sure the nanny is being treated fairly and being properly compensated and sticks up nannies if they’re ever treated unfairly. They helped me find me current nanny family who is the perfect fit for me! I will definitely continue to work with Starling in the future!
