Friendly people who care about your issues. They were helpful and gave information needed to fix the issue and also looked after the vehicle to report any other issues that may present a problem in the future.

Competant and efficient repair facility. They fixed a difficult to diagnose Heating and AC problem after 2 unsucessful visits to the local Ford dealer. Erskine's will be getting my business from now on.

Went in today for a diagnostic that turned into much a much needed alternator replacement. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Very welcoming and friendly, made us feel very comfortable in their waiting room while the techs worked on our vehicle. Nathan was amazing to deal with, was very thorough and very understanding. Helped us not only fix the immediate issue but create a plan for future repairs. Altogether was a great experience!

In was in the Orangeville area just for the day and had to be back in Toronto that evening to literally attend to a sick puppy. In the early afternoon I realized that the exhaust on my old Toyota might not make it that far. After asking around locally I drove into Erskine's about two in the afternoon which is not a great time to be asking for emergency work in my experience. I was hopeful that they could assure me that I might make it to Toronto without a fix and asked if they could at least take a look at it that late in the day. Not only were they able to take a look they gave me a diagnosis within 30 minutes and were able to get started on repairing my buggy shortly thereafter. Lisa and Fox were able to get it all done in less than two hours and back on my way to Toronto. Many thanks from Lassie and Tim guys.

They did a Certification of my vehicle. Good efficient service. Friendly staff. Pleasant experience. I have used them for many years and highly recommend them.

Everybody's friendly everybody's nice a little pricey for my liking even with the lesser priced parts. Otherwise an enjoyable experience I would certainly give them a chance it just wasn't going to happen today I happen to be in a hurry to get somewhere else. This survey reached me before any prices they could have sent it to my email anyway next time I will try them thank you Paul

I made an appointment for them to look and see if they could find the source of a very slow oil leak and to replace the oil pan and gasket. Long story short they did not find the source of the leak but recommend 4 pages of stuff that required immediate service. Included in the 4 pages were several items that i have had recently completed such as a transmission flush and fill, rad flush and fill and cabin air filter changed. The BIGGEST shock was when they quoted me over $1400 for the new oil pan/ gasket and the labour!!! I checked two other places (including a Honda dealership) and they both quoted me less than half of what they quoted taxes in!! I will never be back to Erskine’s service centre.

Had Nathan and his team install 4 new tires plus Alignment, Performed multi point inspection, Replaced air filters and a few bulbs, and performed oil change. AWESOME JOB vehicle drives great. Thank you for the great service will return for future repair.

I never used Erskine's before. I was between a rock and a hard place. They had an opening almost immediately which is why I went to them. They treated me very well. They advised me and fixed me up quickly even though they were down a tech. They were competitive on price. Better than expected.
