I recently had the pleasure of visiting the auto service department at Cornerstone in Elk River, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. My customer service rep Andrea was knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a positive one.Throughout the entire process, I felt like my needs and concerns were a top priority. Andrea who assisted me was incredibly helpful and made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. She took the time to explain the work that was being done, and made sure I understood what was going on.I was very satisfied with the overall experience I had at Cornerstone. The customer service was top-notch, and I felt like I was in good hands. I recently purchased a new 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie from Cornerstone. Josh Sims was my salesman and he took excellent care of me. He was very patient as I was in and out of the showroom multiple times over a few months deciding which vehicle I wanted to go with. He always let me test drive each vehicle and provided me with key information I needed to know. Being in sales for a living myself, I appreciated that Josh was informative, supportive, patient, and not pushy to get the sale. He was also kind enough to help me clean out my old truck and put everything in the new one. Ask for Josh if you go to Cornerstone Auto in Elk River to buy a new vehicle.

as a (young?) 28 yr old woman, going into a dealership alone to buy a car is extremely intimidating. although i may be automotive illiterate, these guys made me feel safe.despite my appearance (and dumb questions) i was well taken care of, felt like someone was looking out for me, and actually had a really fun afternoon. 10/10 recommend, worth the 45min drive 10000%S/O Danny in sales and Chase in finance, thank you!

I’ve been to cornerstone service department about 20 times; issues with my Chrysler minivan and we won’t even go there, but also for numerous oil changes. Usually they have good Mopar coupons for oil changes too, which was a bonus. Any time I’ve had an issue, they were generally pretty on the ball to get it fixed. However, my last 3 experiences were just ridiculous, and today I gave this place my last shot.The oil change before today, I spent almost 4 hours in total. Waiting in line. Then waiting in store. Asked the gal when would be a better time to come next time. So the next time I came right away in the morning. Again, a long wait even though they just opened. Then today, no wait at all to get in the garage, yet it still took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. To make the waiting even more enjoyable I was told the AC unit in the wait room has been out for over two weeks. There was no where close by to go… So I waited it out in the sauna with everyone else (89 degrees). I mean, they couldn’t even put a freaking fan in there to help. Nothing. Not even minimally some free bottled water in a cooler or something. Finally, to top the cake off I get into my car and the d*** head evidently dropped my white sweater and lunch box onto the ground, basically ruined the sweater, and didn’t even say anything about it. Or apologize. Eff this place. Done

My wife and I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica a month or so ago. Our experience with the sales team was great. We worked with David and he was top notch. Smooth transaction. About a month later, we had a check engine light come on, plus an armrest that was ordered for the van was in, so my wife dropped the van off for service. Was told at 9am when she dropped it off, that it should only take 2-3 hours. 3 hours later and after several failed attempts to get an update via the provided texting phone number, she stopped in in-person to get an update. Was told another hour. So she went home instead of trying to waste another hour doing nothing. Again, after several attempts to get a status update via the provided number, she drove back 2 hours later to pick up the van as we couldn't leave it overnight. Turns out that the incorrect armrest had been ordered and the correct one was on back order. So our experience is that the sales team is great, but the service department is absolutely terrible at communication.We recommend the sales team, but not the service department.

I like Cornerstone Elk River. I feel they are fair and everyone has been kind to me when I get a service. If i could change one thing though I wish they washed the vehicle when they do an oil change. Or at least give the customer the option if they want one or not. Oh, and one time I had an appointment but they ended up being overbooked and I had to come back another day. That really sucked. Otherwise, all good. Nice waiting room, nice people, they honor the price they quote you, clean facility. Good job everyone! AW

Brought my van in for an oil change and to have my brakes checked, it felt like my front brakes were getting bad. They confirmed I needed new brakes and that they could replace at that time. I expected to be there most of the evening. I was pleasantly surprised that I was in and out within 90 minutes. My Customer Service Rep was on top of the whole process and carefully explained what needed to be done and what was done. It’s a little out of my way, but glad I went there.

My car brought and paid for, was stolen from off my job parking lot in December of 2022 on the north side of Minneapolis. 5 kids. Beyond cold, kids school, my job, still have to go places, just traveling back and forward with uber alone had taken everything I saved and then some.Car companies after car companies after car companies and even a few cornerstones turned me down and came with a million of we can't do this, we can't  do that.Cornerstone in Elk River, MN, gave me a chance and worked with me until I was approve and had everything I needed. Mr. Rocky, have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here.On March of 2023.. I was placed in the perfect suv. It looked brand new being a used car and my customer service rep Mr. Rocky & his coworkers, handled me & my children very well and respectfully.I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Mr. Rocky was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my family size & needs.This could have not happened without faith in my heavenly father. Thanks Mr. Rocky & the Cornerstone Team in Elk River.

My wife were in the market for a pick up Truck to tow our travel trailer and had never owned a truck. Mike Z did an incredible job walking us through the process and helping us to order an F-150 with all the options were were looking for. My wife and I are excited to be Ford owners for the first time!
