UPS Access Point location
This access point is ill equipped to help their customers;UPS didn't even have packing slips for US-customs. WHAT A JOKE!Avoid this location at all costs! I drove an hour to get here and they told me to print the US customs online..

UPS Access Point location
Wouldn’t accept my return pre-paid package. Apparently it was too big. What kind of access point refuses a package then tells you to drive into Sherbrooke. It’s a drop off. If Ups people are equipped to deal with it, then so should the Access Point location.
