I've been going to WOW for my phone upgrades/regular service for a couple years now and today I was especially reminded why that is! Michael went above and beyond today to ensure I not only experienced the smoothest transition to my new phone, but also he ensured I had the best deal possible!Though it was a lengthy process (just comes with switching phones) Michael remained courteous and friendly and informed me of deals and promotions I got to take advantage of, which was so kind and much appreciated!!I'm so happy with my new phone and I'm so impressed with the amazing service from both Michael and Becca! Highly recommend the WOW Boutique!

It’s the worst place to buy anything from. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went there today just because I had some concerns about my previous purchase and a lady working there ( I don’t know her name as she was not wearing her name tag as the other employees but she’s the one with curly hair) was super rude. The way she spoke to me and my boyfriend made me feel like she was looking down on us. I understand that you may or may not like a person but at work, one should understand the value of customer service and how to speak to a person. The way she spoke to me is not how you speak to anyone. I would never go back to this place again!!!

I recently purchased a phone here with the help of Jami and her manager and had an excellent experience. Jami was extremely dedicated to helping me get the best plan at the best price. I really like that there are a variety of service carriers available and so there isn’t a pressure to pick a specific one, you’ll truly get recommendations for the best quality at the lowest price! This is the best customer service I have ever received and I’d highly recommend going here for anyone shopping for a new phone or looking to switch carriers!

I spoke to Dan the Assistant manager and Madison and they were both super friendly and explained things very well. His customer service was beyond compare and Madison was super kind and helpful! I highly recommend going to them!

My husband and I are repeat customers every two years when our phone plans expire. This time, we were served by Maddy. She was extremely knowledgeable and dealt with us from start to finish despite glitches in her systems, being VERY busy, and a shortage of POS tech. She was very patient and pleasant throughout the entire experience (which was about 2 1/2 hours). We ended up with exactly what we wanted.I returned a couple hours later with my parents, and she was able to provide the same level of excellent service for them, even though their situation was quite different.We are very grateful to Maddy and the Wow Mobile team once again!

Honestly, the best service out there! I’ve gotten my my last 3 phones here and I have no complaints at all. Bekka and Shawn are so helpful and knowledgeable. They will do everything they can to try to give you the best deal possible. Even post purchase, I go to them before I go to my provider to deal with any issues. Awesome team, 100% would recommend!

Today my husband and myself went over to look at some options for his new phone. Ashley, the assistant manager was our rep and she was very patient and took her time to look at the best deals for us. She was amazing! This is my third time getting a phone with WOW Mobile Boutique because they have the best deals and best customer service. I highly recommend it! :)
