Darwin and his team did an amazing job on finishing our basement. We loved that he had interior designers on staff to help with the design, the team was friendly, knowledgeable and very tidy. Darwin kept us constantly updated on the status of the project and promptly responded to any questions or comments that arose.We would highly recommend Darwin and his team and we will be definitely calling Darwin and his team for all our future projects.

We just completed a full basement development plus full kitchen reno which included the removal of two walls, new floor and ceiling.Darwin is very organized and was wonderful at communicating at every stage of our project. Darwin was readily available to answer our questions daily and was able to adjust plans and pricing on the fly very quickly.The Bond team is very hardworking and clearly show pride in their work and at the end of each day they took extra care in tidying up and putting things away. They were great, we found the whole group very easy to talk to and always available to answer any questions we would have during the whole process.Thanks Everyone! I loved that he had interior designers on staff to help with the planning. His team was friendly and knowledgeable, and they even cleaned up before they left. Darwin and the rest of his crew were excellent. They worked efficiently, always arrived on time (sometimes even early!), and the craftmanship was superb. They adapted to some of our requests mid way through the project with ease. I would recommend them to anyone, and we plan to approach them for future renovations we have planned.

My wife was having mobility problems and the hospital wouldn't allow her to return home until a railing was constructed from the front walk to the front deck; there were 5 stairs that she couldn't navigate without a railing.While it was undoubtedly a very small job for Bond C&C, it was very important to us since she couldn't return home without the railing.Bond C&C made several excellent design decisions that would blend in with the house exterior and had them constructed in a timely manner and constructed another railing inside the house as well.The workers were pleasant and efficient and completely cleaned up afterwards, and I would definitely recommend Bond Contracting & Construction.

We had recently completed a basement development with Bond Contracting. Great contractor to work with and did exactly what we had envision for the space.Darwin was extremally responsive within 6hrs, if not, 24hrs. The main crew showed up on time every day and was very respectful in terms of language and noise. Darwin would send frequent updates on what the next few steps were and if they were on schedule and on budget.Would highly recommend Darwin and his crew.

We hired Bond to do renovations in our laundry room, kitchen, family room and hallway. They did an excellent job. Darwin has a great team of workers. A special thanks to Wayne and Juan who did a fantastic job. Thanks to Steve and Alymer who started the job and did a great job of demo. Another special thanks to Darwin for putting up with all my questions. He was very patient. I would recommend Bond to anyone wanting to do a renovation.

We used Bond to replace our deteriorating wood front porch with a composite deck, including replacing the posts, stairs, railings and repainting our Juliet balcony. I had gotten about 7 quotes from various local contractors and Bond was by far the most competitive in pricing, detailed in quoting and came with good reviews. 3 months later when it came time to do the work he still honored the quoted price despite surging lumber costs. His guys were very professional and super efficient. At no point did I look out the window and see them slacking off or lounging around. Their workmanship was really good, a lot of attention to detail and aesthetics. I would not hesitate to use them again for another home project and would highly recommend them. Not even worth shopping around next time as they were that good and dependable. At the end we also got them to build us a wooden gate at the back of the house which turned out beautiful.

Hired Bond in the summer of 2017 to build a new fence and deck at our home in Walden. I had several of the other guys" come out for quotations and knew within minutes they weren't professionals like Darwin and his crew. Excellent communication throughout the entire process
