Love this place, most authentic sugar shake and best food. Sad they weren't about to open last couple of years and wait to see if it back for good.

We went on the second-last day, and the weather was warm, so the atmosphere was a little less than this place had been talked up to me. We couldn't hear any music when we were eating, because the speakers were quiet in the eating hall and the live band was not on site. We were disappointed not to have a hay ride. They still managed to bring us tire sur la neige, on ice, to the table.As a first-timer, the order the food was served in was a little confusing. The food overall was very good, typical of sugar shack food. The canned preserves (pickles, onions, beets) were good and vinegary. The beans were the best part.The smaller folks in our party enjoyed the petting zoo. One of the ponies is super sweet, the other likes to get nippy. You'll figure out which is which really fast.Overall, a very nice place. We'll try to go back when the weather is cooler. You can buy the same syrup they serve on the table.

Tasty all you can eat table service sugar bush food: egg soufflé, oreilles de crisses(a thick bacon), roasted potatoes, homemade pickled onions, pickles, beets and tomato relish. Great ham, pork roast, brown beans rounded with pancakes, sugar pie and taffy served on snow. Tables also include pitchers of milk and syrup from their farm.Ultimately a very fun place. Great for kids with a small petting zoo, horse and wagon rides.

There was a group outing here and good sugar shack food and a live band for entertainment. A nice trip out of town.

The pancakes weren't very good, they seemed like they were made from mix.Omelet was good.You have to pay extra for juice if you'd like.The syrup and home made preserves were awesome!

My family and I have been coming here every maple syrup season for the past 10 years. Buffet meals and pancakes (crêpes) continues to be excellent. The best part is the sugar pies! One can order these unlimited. Taffy is included on the meal. Décor is nice as well as Saturday evening entertainment. Another feature that we like is the walk along the property. One can view how they collect the maple water from the trees in the old fashioned way. It would be nice if they could improve on their washroom facilities but other than that we love coming here every year. Merci
