A wonder fast, efficient, professional, office. The staff are courteous, kind, informative and service based. It was a great experience as a senior having to begin the process of orthodontics. Dr Phelty is down to earth, sweet and relatable. Overall, It was a positive and enjoyable first experience. Thank you!I look forward to my ongoing treatments.

My youth had braces and they were excellent with meeting their needs from the first day right through to the end. I recommend Abbotsford Ortho for neurodiverse kids and the open and honest communication.

Dr. Felty and the staff at Abbotsford Ortho have been so wonderful to work with. They are so friendly and it always feels more like a visit than an appointment. I love that I never had to be afraid to bring up a question or concern about how my teeth were looking/about the process. Dr. Felty has always made me feel heard and taken the time to explain everything to me.Also, their down payment + monthly payment program made it possible for me to get braces after years and years of wishing I could.So looking forward to getting my braces off, but will miss the team!Thank you guys so much for everything.

Dr. Felty and her team have been absolutely amazing to work with. They are professional and flexible when appointments need to be changed due to illness. Starting the orthodontic treatment during covid was a challenge, however they all navigated it with ease. My step-sons teeth look amazing now.
