Vibe was 0, too calm, sound volume barely audible, the place felt dead even with few tables present, likely due to place too large.Was there for dinner, super understaffed. Only 1 poor waitress, obviously stressed out by the situation, but tried her best so kudos to her. She also runs the bar which is on the far extreme opposite side of where we sat, that made it even harder.Waiting 1h-1.5h for food to arrive. Horrible experience, almost walked away but I felt bad for the waitress. Hungry impatient children made it worse. There were only 2 tables before my order, that were there before I got in the premise.Food was actually decent. Beef brisket was good. The kids meals pizzas were of decent size. Apps were fine. Everything tasted good with the great hunger. Nachos came first, and it was obvious that it sat at the counter for a long time, it was semi cold with cheese well hardened making it hard to peel out the nacho slices from the pile.A manager only appeared to help in the last 15 minutes of our 2.5-hour stay, but couldn't get a hold of him.This restaurant needs major improvement to save its business.

The food was below average and took too long. Drunks were disgusting.Fries were burnt and chickem was full of oil. pizza was a bit ok.

Not from here but this place seemed like a hit. Food was great. Beer was really good. Service was excellent (and we had a new server). Great place to get some good craft beer and delicious food. I asked if that had a logo sticker and the owner sadly informed me they didn't have any, but brought me a 32oz beer mug instead. That's freaking awesome!!!!

1st time trying this place out. Our waitress Michelle was amazing. She made the visit worth coming back. We asked how she was at making drinks and let us know she was a mixologist in a fun & flirty fashion. Knowing this I had to have her make an Old Fashioned...which developed into a somewhat in depth convo regarding her actually creating a drink based on this. She labelled it a Pitched Tent". How could I not order one? Michelle won a bar competition with this drink...and when I tried it..I have to say she would have my vote! It was delicious and unique with the mint.The food was great

This is a very nice comfortable place, with lots of options for beer. I ordered the beer platter and was able to choose 5 different flavours. They were all very good, I couldn't even finish them. The onion rings and sweet potato fries with the dipping sauce are heavenly

Came here on a Saturday evening. Great food! We ordered a Monster Melt burger and Pulled Pork sandwich. Both were adequately sized and delicious! The fries and coleslaw were simple yet surprisingly flavourful. The service was standard - no issues with the food, servers were polite but our order took a while (understandable since it was a busy time).Overall though, an underrated restaurant and great value for money. I highly recommend this establishment.

Came here as a party of 12 on Saturday at around 6:30pm. (Made a reservation a week in advance so that they knew a relatively big party was coming). We waited 30 minutes for someone to come and take our order. We were told there was no pulled pork or short ribs, which sucked because half our party can't eat beef or fish so that limited them to only chicken. For a place that prides themselves on serving smoked meats, not having something as common as pulled pork is just sad. We didn't bother with the alternative options because that's not what we went there for. After the waitress told us this, we said we were going to go elsewhere for dinner. Her attitude changed to being annoyed immediately, which did not help with the situation. The manager and the waitress didn't apologize for their lack of inventory as we got up and left either. Now they've inconvenienced our entire party to find another dinner place that could accommodate us during peak dinner time. Definitely won't be coming back as they lacked basic principles of customer service and professional etiquette. They need to learn how to better handle the situation and try to retain costumers for their next visit. Truly disappointing.

Visited the Big rig on recommendation by a friend. We came to have lunch at the weekend and found it wasn't busy at all. I chose to sit outside. It was a windy day and just as well as it meant we weren't to hot. Coming from Europe and not used to mandatory tipping"
