They keep raising the premium. I looked around and found better deals (all last minute). They matched" what I found but added 22 cents... not good at loyalty. Been with them since 2012.Edit 2019

Called and left messages 3 times this week and now 4 days later called again to ask why I'm not being responded to. Receiptionist transferred my call to telephone hell where I'm now on hold, a queue waiting to talk to the next available broker" - been on hold here for over an hour! What ever happened to good customer service and valuing clients? Not cool!"

I fill up the online quote for my car and total price was 65$ per month and then they call me and they got all my information and at the end offer me around 120$ ??????? Almost 95% more than online quote!!!!! I waste one gouré if my time on the phone . Manager has to answer this game that is doing with citizens

Same problem as others posted here. There is a more than 15 minute wait to speak to an agent. And the agents change constantly. I received a renewal notice sighed by one agent, but she moved to another post before I could even pay my renewal.

Worst customer service ever!I have been trying to reach them for 2 days now, and every time I call I am placed on hold for 20-30 minutes. I am ready to jump ship and move on to another insurance company, with MUCH BETTER customer service.

Horrible customer service!!! I've sold my car in January. We are now April, nobody will return my calls to cancel my contract but they are still taking out money of my account every month though. I was told from a secretary I had to cancel in writing. Sent a letter, it never happens..When I get a new car Very soon they will never get another dime from me!!
