The service attendants are rude. One was playing on her phone despite the line up of customers. I had a question regarding my bill as it did not reflect my transaction so the person serving me asked for her assistance. After they finished chatting about my transaction she returned to playing on her phone and muttered that I ask too many questions. I won't be returning there and the manager should consider teaching customer service skills to their staff.

Before you leave the car wash area be certain to get out of your vehicle and ensure that your vehicle is clean. When I arrived at my overnight destination in Sudbury, pavement road was clean and dry, I saw that my car was not clean at all. When I returned the next morning, again on clean dry pavement, I fully expected to get a rewash. I was made aware of the proprietor's policy. Maybe it's a different vehicle or I drove on a dusty road etc. I had purchased a tank of gas and a $12.99 wash.I checked my receipt. There is no advisement of this policy anywhere. Buyer beware at this car wash.

Best thing is the touchless car wash. They don't skimp on the soap / wax spray. The wash arm runs a long cycle, taking two passes for each mode.Other auto washes Ive been to water down the soap, and run short cycles. Usually resulting in poor results.

Don't let the propane pump fool you. They do NOT fill your tank on demand. Exchange program(expensive cash grab) or drop off and pick up next day. What a joke!

Great clean place to buy fuel. Their deisel price is the best in Sudbury, and if you have the Canadian Tire MasterCard, you collect an extra 5¢/L as well.

The gas station door was open at 7:59 am for the service company. I was there before the employee who should have been there in the process of opening. When she walked in she rudely told me she doesn’t open for 4 minutes and couldn’t not serve me. Understandable. As I returned to my a car another customer walked in for a car wash and was served and than another.
