RecordXpress Best Shredding - Calgary

Previously used DataShred for many years which was purchased in May 2015 by Best Services, head officed in Vancouver BC. Called twice in June 2017 to set up appointment with Kent, Calgary Manager, for on-demand, on-site paper shredding to Calgary beltline office. Both appointments were a NO show demonstrating unreliable and extremely poor customer service to Calgary small business owners.After 2 no shows by Best Shredding, called EnviroShred who arrived as promised. Enviroshred's super courteous driver provided painless shredding with hi-tech invoicing and payment process. I was fustrated in my attempts to arrange shredding services with Best" Shredding (apparent misnomer to the business' name). However

I highly recommend using BEST SHREDDING, Heday is really helpful and courteous. The drop off is easy and well organized.

Quick, efficient and well priced service at $10 per bankers box. Dropped off, cost me 3 minutes and the gent who received me was outstanding, happy and very helpful. Excellent. Highly recommended!!

A fantastic service - very efficient and pleasant process, from booking a drop off time to arrival at the location to unloading the materials to processing payment… which was half the typical market price. Nothing whatsoever to complain about, and the employee with whom I worked was very gracious and pleasant throughout our encounter.

I had some documents to shred and gave this company a call. The person that answered referred me to their website to make an appointment. I assume that that is a holdover from Covid. It was relatively easy to book a drop off appointment, I showed up….there were police roadblocks in that area (I understand it was an industrial accident) so I was a bit late and I did have a problem finding the actual storefront even though I entered the parking lot right beside this business (was I being blind?). The back of the building was not marked with signage so that is a definite nitpick, however I did find the correct bay. The young lady that served me was very pleasant and it was a simple, easy process to dump my documents off.Apparently, the documents are actually shredded in the two trucks that were inside the build bays. I did feel a little….I would have liked to have actually watched them being shredded for my own peace of mind and security. I was assured they would be done at the end of the day in bulk with other customers so I guess I have to accept that process.So overall, the service - efficient and easy, the overall process was simple, I booked, showed up and dumped the documents and I was driving away. I felt the price was reasonable and did not shop around. I would recommend this company from this one time experience.

I would like to thank a special person, Mr Allan Peters, who is the super great employee I ever seen. We had the broken shredding case for a year and everytime we told the people who came for get the shredding papers about it they all said gonna send someone fix it for us but no one come at all. Until today Mr Allan came for the shredding papers, we told him about this case and then he fixed for us right away. Such a great person and a great employee! He made our beginning of the 2019 so wonderful!

Really great service, Check in at the office and then drive to back loading bay. Here they dump boxes into shredding carts and handle payment, the shredding happens when the trucks return ant end of day. And even though I showed up on the wrong day, Best Shredding was still able to take my boxes. Quick and easy!

Super slick and quick process to have your documents shredded. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Best Shred!

Personal shredding needed to be done and they were affordable and great customer service

Everything went very well. The guys were great, very helpful and professional. They were very accommodating, as we showed up 20 minutes early.
