Incompetence! They didnt have my size so I placed an order in store. They shipped me two left shoes and I spent well over a hour on the phone with customer service to deal with their mess up. Now I have to go out of my way to ship these back. You would think that they would check before shipping. Brutal, I'll never order through the store again. If they don't have the item instore just move along.

Do not order on line! I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter, she tried them on at home and they were to small. Sent them back and ordered another pair. They sent the original pair back and would not refund stating they were used. They were on my daughters feet for 5 minutes in the house! I called the number that they gave me and it was out of service. I had to look up the new number on line.I attended the store in the Georgian mall in Barrie (1/2 hr drive so an hour round trip). The manager Patricia and her co-worker were great. They could not understand why they did not refund me and said the shoes were fine. It took a bit of time but they were able to give me a full refund.The 5 stars are for the staff at the store, zero stars given for the on line customer service.

Pretty garbage customer service in this store. Walked in and there were 6 employees “working”, but only 1 doing any actual work helping customers, poor girl was dealing with at least 8 customers on her own. At any given moment 3-5 just standing in a circle in the middle of the store laughing and sharing things on their phones, but wouldn’t even speak to or recognize any customer in the store.Not the service you would expect when your about to drop a good amount $$ on shoes for a family of 4

This is probably the shadiest store that I ever encountered. During the Jordan 1 lost and found release. I called the store a day before the release at 2pm and asked about the release info on the Jordan 1 lost and found. A guy picked up the phone and he sounded really annoyed and told me that they aren’t getting them. Then out of curiosity, I called them again on next day morning which it was the release day. A lady picked up this time, and she told me “THEY DID A PHONE RESERVATION YESTERDAY FOR THE RELEASE”. I was speechless. I told them I called yesterday, and they told me nothing I’m pretty sure they just let their friends or employees purchased all of the stock. Normal costumers like us had no chance. This is ridiculous. How can a big shoe store chain do shady things like this. Now with the new release of the Jordan 3 reimagined, I’m sure they are pulling the same trick again. Btw, I have already call them, they said they are not getting them. Probably because the manger holding all of pairs to himself already. Haha

I will not be buying from them again. I ordered shoes 4 times and each time was canceled and now it says I am blocked from buying online. Spending my money elsewhere. This is ridiculous. Then on top of it the shoes I was able to get through a week ago they send a coupon with that literally can't be applied to any of the other shoes I want. Like why even send one.

First associate had an attitude when I asked questions as if I was bothering him. He left to get food while helping us. 2nd spent the entire time bragging to us and his Co workers and making bets with them as to whether or not he had the most amount of $$ in sales for the day. Was just a weird shopping experience. Not once did any1 offer to fit the shoes we bought but we spent almost 600$ just the same.

Very poor customer service ever. Not even deserve one star. Salespeople are always standing in groups and chatting. I went to buy sweatshirt today, instead of helping me out they were busy in their own talk. Its not my first time in this store whenever i visit here they never come to attend customer. They were this much busy in themselves that they forget to remove the security tag from my hoodie and i realized when i reached home. Ridiculous service!!! Never recommend this store to anyone…

They need to improve their customer service where their employees are always chatting/giggling ignoring the needs of customers. Also, they always have few options with limited sizing. Need to work on that.

Visited the Georgian Mall loc’n on May 10,2023 afternoon. The store manager need to learn the customer service skill. Local Garage mechanics speaks with more respect then him. Will never step into any Champs store or other sister brands ever again.
