I have done 7 sessions with Misty: newborn, sitter and cake smash photos for my first. Then newborn & cake smash for my twins. A maternity session, and a family session. I can say enough about her talent and patience. She is an incredible person and an incredible photographer. In my most stressful times she remained calm and reassuring to me. She produces amazing work! I can’t begin to say enough about Misty. She’s always transparent about cost and wait times.

When looking for a photographer, you want someone with tremendous amount of experience and patience! I am so grateful we chose Misty for our newborn photos, because they turned out spectacular! We loved our photos so much that it wasn’t even a question as to who would do our Christmas photos or Cake Smash photos when my little one turned a year old! Now that I’ve booked Misty a numerous amount of times, this review is long overdue and well deserved. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Misty for several photo shoots, and her work is so beautiful, and I’m so happy we have had her document our family’s precious moments. She puts so much effort into the final product, and it truly shows! Misty has an attention to detail, can make you feel comfortable quickly when taking family photos, and uses her magical powers to get stunning pictures from your toddler who may not want to cooperate! She has always been professional, prompt, and upfront with her shooting style, pricing, and turn around time.They have a beautiful, welcoming studio with yummy snacks and so many backdrop/prop options. Misty was absolutely amazing to work with - so incredibly patient with my littles & great at directing all of us for the perfect poses. When the proof gallery came back we had such a hard time choosing favourites but once we did, and received the final photos - WOW ! You can tell she puts so much care into every single photo. We absolutely LOVED our experience with Misty. She was so warm and lovely it really put us at ease in front of the camera. She captured so many beautiful images - and she did it so quickly! (A huge asset when working with a little one! And a testament to her expertise!) She was so lovely and thoughtful via email as well when we were picking our photos and getting them back. We had a phenomenal experience working with Misty for our son’s cake smash photo shoot! Misty is an amazingly skilled and creative photographer. She is professional, organized and so personable! She pulled out all the stops during our son’s shoot (incorporating props and outfits) and was able to capture some wonderful photos that we will cherish for a lifetime! Misty did my maternity photos when I was pregnant with my daughter, and then did both her newborn and first birthday cake smash. She is absolutely wonderful to work with and the quality of her finished images are incredible! She makes getting your photo taken fun and easy with so many clothing options for moms, newborns and toddlers. You can tell that she puts a lot of thought, time and love into her studio set up or location suggestion and even what time of day will produce the best photos. I have found her to be super easy to talk to, very accommodating, transparent and honest. I am already looking forward to my maternity and newborn shoot for baby #2 on the way and she can count on me booking his first birthday cake smash with her too. I won't go to anyone else for family photos!

We entrusted Misty with capturing our maternity and newborn photos with our second baby and we were so happy with the experience. Misty is a very talented photographer and great with kids too. It's not easy to get photos of a busy 2.5 year old, but Misty was able to! We will definitely be going back for more photos.
