Awesome service!Had both my tubes changed here and the price was fair!My bike runs real good now!I Even stopped by, on a separate occasion, to have them change my pedals and they didn’t even charge me!Amazing small town bike shop - and I’ll certainly be back!

Great place UNTIL THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!! Horrible customer service. Went in and spent $600 on a bicycle a few days before my son's 7th birthday. Ordered new tires to be installed on the 13th, the day of his birthday. Showed up after getting the phone call that tires arrived with my son in tow. Guy says he's too busy and we will have to leave the bicycle and hopefully they'll be done before the day ends. A 10 minute job and already paid for. Great way to lose a customer who'd already bought bikes there prior. Will not be back. Ever. Customer service is where it's at. When you have none you don't deserve people's hard earned money. I hope nobody else wastes their time with these guys.

Ten star service !! Thank you, Mason, for the repairs, excellent customer service over the phone and in person, plus loading my bikes. Also, for answering many questions and helping me get accessories including a really good helmet !! Ready to hit the road and bike paths thanks to Cafferty's.

Today was my first time at this shop because I am new to cycling. I had new tire inserts installed to help prevent punchers from goat heads and other sharp objects when riding on these Idaho trails. Everyone I had talk to from when I dropped off my tires to when I picked them up were all very knowledgeable, helpful and super nice. This is one local business I will continue to support and the biggest plus was that they were able to get me in and taken care of same day while most bike shops don't offer same day service. These guys rock!

First time going there yesterday and the staff was very professional and helpful. They had everything I needed in stock for the odd ball size tires and tubes I needed for my 1976 Schwinn. Going there for any future bike purchases.

Just purchased my 6th bike from Dennis and Mesha and couldn’t be more happy. Their knowledge and set up for each application is spot on and they always provide amazing service. And to top it off, my kid was over the top excited when he saw his new bike. Thanks guys!!
