Came from Edmonton to have some awesome Pakistani food. Expectations were MORE than met! Service was unreal and they treated us like true guests . Would come here every weekend if we could! Thanks to the team: especially Rihaana.

We drove from Seattle to Canada for dinner in Karakoram. It was an amazing experience, superb delicious food , great ambiance. Excellent customer service.Accommodated us despite big ongoing event in the restaurant.We recommend to try mutton biryani , chicken seekh Kabab, beef Nihari, goat namak mandi karahi.Thank you to karakoram for complimentary dessert and Kashmiri tea.The Best restaurant in Vancouver/surrey. Must must try.

Delicious food, had the Karahi lamb, fresh naan, beef biryani (found out its half price on Wednesday) and lamb chops. Everything was spiced amazing, flavor was perfect, meat was halal and so tender. Service was good but they missed the fish pakora we ordered so never tried it. Had the Gulab Jamun w/ ice cream for dessert, and the falooda, both really good and decently unique

I always heard of Karakoram as a good Karahi whenever asked my peers but never really tried it. Finally today I was able to go there for dinner, I ordered Tandoori chicken and chicken Karahi. Their Karahi is so delicious and probably the best Karahi I have ever had in Vancouver. Tandoori chicken was good too. I also ordered chai afterwards and chai has that Elaichi touch in it.

Great food … we tried chicken karhai, biryani, nihari and haleem for main course and everything was authentic and deliciousThey have a very extensive menu and cordial service: desserts were very good too.Highly recommended !!

Each dish is expertly crafted using only the freshest ingredients, and the flavours are vibrant and authentic.One of my favourite dishes is the Chicken Biryani, which is a fragrant and savoury rice dish that is seasoned with a blend of spices and herbs, and layered with succulent pieces of chicken. The lamb kebab is another must-try, with tender chunks of meat that are marinated in a delicious blend of spices and grilled to perfection.But what really sets Karakoram Restaurant apart is the exceptional service. Went for dine in on a weekend. Heard so much about their Karahi that we ordered one Lahori Karahi on Servers suggestion and one mixed Grill platter.Lahori karahi was like any other tomatoo based meat/lamb curry. I would like to taste Namak mandi or, Koyla Karahi.Karahi couldn't meet our expectations, tasted average and was served ok type warm, not hot. That could be a reason the karahi didn't taste that good. However, Mixed Grill platter made us happy though.Restaurant was good sitting arrangement, not that busy for a weekend, and it was clean. Good place to hangout with friends.

The karahi is their signature dish and it’s good! The people are very nice and helpful, ask for recommendations before you order (unlike what I did oops). I’ll be back to try more flavors of karahi, and I’ll bring friends.
