I just ordered from here for home delivery for the first time. I loved that everything was packed in a real recyclable material (brown paper) and that all the products are in returnable glass containers (minus the breads, bureka, bulk flours, and vacuumed cheeses) and came right on time! If you order late in the day, however, call the store after your order to confirm a delivery time/day as their computer might accidentally bump it to 48 hr delivery instead of 24 hr. They were super helpful over the phone!

Great Ukrainian bakery with a dairy aisle and hot food table as well. Conveniently located near Sherway Gardens mall with easy access to Highway 427, Gardiner Expressway and QEW.Lots of bread variety, which are sold by weight. I can taste the quality of ingredients used to make the bread.Their Apple Cake has a great honey smell and taste to it.Meringues have the right levels of crispness and sweetness to them.Their Ukrainian muffin has raisins, it's an interesting twist.I like their Aunt Irene's Borscht soup. It has a heavier onion/garlic taste to it.

The girl working the bread and treats counter was RUDE AND GROSS. She was wearing gloves and with those same gloves, itched her ear and face and got offended when I asked her to change her gloves. She refused at first, and when I asked her again, she gave attitude and a mean look and said that she uses tongs only. Meanwhile, when we asked for a loaf of bread (which was ROCK HARD AND NOT FRESH), she ended up taking it with her hands, not tongs. Absolutely revolting. Wouldn’t recommend this bakery ever.

Oh my! What an amazing Bakery with so much variety! There are a lot of hot foods Dairy items Karma baked goods and pastries, and cold cake Etc. I had the opportunity to try their barley cabbage roll and fried cheese and dill savoury pastry. Both we're good although a bit Bland. I also had the chance to try their fried sweet cheese dumpling - that was quite nice warmed up, a bit like deep-fried cheesecake. Their almond croissant was surprisingly delicious and packed with almond filling especially given the cheap price. The pistachio croissant was also quite good, although I personally found the filling between the pastry layers to be a bit lacking. Their traditional ukrainian cheese cookie was dissapointing and doughy...as was their pistachio baklava which was soggy sickeningly sweet and lacked much nuts. Their regula cheesecake was delicious esp for the price and not too sweet. I lovvvved their ukrainian walnut cake - sort of like IKEA's almond cake but with many thin layers of cake and pastry cream - definitely something id visit for again and again.

Amazing and unique products in general and reasonably priced. Staff is also really friendly. This place is a gem in Etobicoke. They have grass fed dairy products (milk, cream, yoghurt, butter) that are locally sourced, eggs, freshly baked breads, pastries, cookies, etc., cured meats, and prepared Ukrainian/Eastern European foods. I’ve liked everything I’ve got and have been to Future Bakery many times.

This place is a great source for grass-fed organic dairy products, they have milk, yogurt, butter and some cheeses and for a better price compared to most places. It is also a great place for Ukrainian/polish foods and bread which they also have some organic bread options. They also have some other food products. Most of the staff are very helpful, there was one blonde lady who was especially nice and helpful (I didn't get her name)

Since I've stopped buying foods with preservatives,I've been going here regularly for the fresh baked breads and grass fed dairy products. Both are great.I like that you can buy 1/4 loafs since I prefer to go more often rather than freezing some or wasting any.I would strongly recommend to management to stop having the staff wear masks. I see them sometimes adjusting them with their gloves on and then touching food, which is worse than no (unnecessary) mask.I find it very unhygienic in any establishment I see that still wears them.As others have stated, some of the prepared foods are a bit oily, so if they could improve on that it would be good. But overall I would recommend trying this place.
