Best customer service in a very long time! Blaine came into our dental office, and knew our names, and knew what we needed in terms of printing supplies and cartridges for our Brother printer. Must say, we were very impressed in his communication skills and personality! We will be ordering directly from Blaine from here on out!

Our office has had a supplier for many years now. This company phoned our office pretending we had a previous account with them and wanted to update our contact details. They stated their contact for our office was a person that we have never heard of. Pretty sketchy practices.

I kept receiving calls from a lady named Serena saying she knew me. But I do not know her and told the receptionist to screen her. She kept calling and making up stories of how we met or how she knew the previous IT manager and etc. We are with G and T and they are AMAZING!!!!! Pushy sales people are not my cup of tea, never mind ones that lie. Says a lot about this company!! I rather go to Staples if needed.

I love the team at GNDS. I used to buy my HP ink and toner from Staples, but GNDS gives me much better deals and gave me a remanufactured option for HALF THE PRICE! Boxes of paper, till or otherwise, are also extremely reasonable.Highly recommend! :)

BE CAREFUL! They will lure you in with a quote that is substantially lower than what you’re paying elsewhere and claim they offer great service and good product! IT IS A LIE! They were AWFUL to deal with and sold us CRAP. I would rather pay a bit more to have quality prints instead of putting their filthy Chinese compatibles into my machine and having them fail over and over again! I called in to have a full refund of their defective cartridges because I will never do business with them again and an “in store credit with a return fee” was the only thing they would offer me. YEAH RIGHT. BEWARE OF NORTHERN DATA.
