I recently dined in at Laylak Restaurant in Toronto, and I must say, it was a truly remarkable experience from start to finish.To begin, the customer service at Laylak Restaurant deserves special mention. The staff, particularly Wei, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire evening. Wei's exceptional service truly made the night memorable and added an extra touch of warmth to our dining experience.The star of the show was undoubtedly the Tenderloin Hummus. This dish surpassed all expectations, with its unique flavours and a buttery essence. Each bite was a pure delight, and it left us craving for more. Additionally, the Orfali and Kefta kebabs were both amazing. These dishes were bursting with flavour, cooked to perfection, with grilled veggies. To top it off, the dessert was 10/10.Overall, Laylak Restaurant has managed to strike the perfect balance between a luxurious dining experience and exceptional customer service. I can't wait to return to Laylak Restaurant in the future!!

I gave them three stars primarily due to the manager's behavior. However, this place offers excellent food quality and has amazing servers. When we visited the other night, our server, NG, was exceptionally professional. She provided detailed explanations of the menu, which we really appreciated. The restaurant had a fantastic ambiance as well.However, during the evening, there was a brief moment when loud Arabic music played for about five minutes, resulting in clapping and excitement among the patrons and staff.The issue arose with the manager regarding misleading pricing on the menu. When I noticed the incorrect charges on the bill, I brought it to their attention. Unfortunately, the manager initially tried to dismiss my concern and claimed that I should have known the price was a mistake. However, I insisted that they rectify the bill, as it was initially presented for two people at $990.

This is the most authentic Lebanese food you can find in Toronto!! It really tastes like food back home. We ordered most things on the menu and every dish was amazing. The vibe of the restaurant was very nice and the service was incredible. Even the owner visited our table personally to make sure we enjoyed the food and the experience. I can’t recommend this place enough. Kudos to the amazing chefs that brought the true taste of Lebanese food to Toronto.

Suuuch cute interior! Amazing service and our food was so good. I don't have any complaints and definitely will recommend others to come. The only problem I saw was with the corner seating that was close to the kitchen. It was still a very cute part of the restaurant, but I noticed guests were getting annoyed at not being closer to the center where all the decor was. I'd suggest adding some more decor/designs to the corner/further part of the restaurant so that guests don't ask to be moved. I think the people in this city love aesthetically pleasing places, and most of the time, that's where they tend to go. It's so great that the food matched up with the level of interior design and service though!

Fancy spot for dates and halal dining. The overall great service. Tried the mix grill and loved the beef kebab and Cornish hen kebab the most. A bit pricey, ideal for special occasions.

Beautiful restaurant with good food & service. Nice for a special occasion, but not the type of place you would go to on a regular if you are wanting to eat middle eastern food. The plates are dressed up to match the place.
