I just called asking for the person who called me to send me an email again, but a woman answered and treated me poorly. It can be frustrating when people aren't kind, but it's important to remember that being nice doesn't cost anything. If you're feeling overwhelmed, it's okay to take a break and not answer the phone for a bit. Please be kind to me next time. thanks
