The staff here clearly do not care about customer service. It is horrifying to witness the degradation and mistreatment of customers by the staff who publicly defend their actions instead of learn from their mistakes and strive to do better.

Pharmacists are rude and judgemental.They don't seem to care about customer privacy.I didnt feel comfortable going to this pharmacy as they announced my medical information for many customer to hear, denied to fill perscription because they did not think i needed it till two days later...Aweful experiance.

This place never answers the phone to refill prescriptions. It just rings and rings. When you go in the staff seem to intentionally ignore the phone when it rings too.

I had been using Ben's Pharmacy, I can honestly say that they always gave an excellent service - from the simplicity of completing the order and ease of filling out the consultation, to the quick dispatch and delivery, and even aftercare. Not only were they my 'go to' for my medication, but they also took the time to give me advice and were always happy to help with any queries I had.
