The staff are generally nice, but the store is disorganized and seems to lack some proper management. This is a busy location, so as a result, the store sometimes comes across as being very chaotic. They would sometimes make drinks for the staff before helping customers who have waited for a long time. But, shoutout to Andrei, he's always nice!

Usually pretty busy but good service, just often a long wait due to a lot of students. I recommend ordering ahead and 20 - 15 mins if it’s during the school year

First time visiting this location. Staff were amazing, especially Kia, who went above and beyond to help. Kia deserves a raise or a promotion. The next time I’m in Kingston I will definitely visit this location again.

I am a big fan of Starbucks, but they are not great at decaf. They never brew decaf. They only express it. So, if you want a cup of decaf, it has to be Americano, meaning that they make a decaf espresso and add boiling water, which produces an inferior coffee. The proper way is to run more water through the coffee. If you are a decaf drinker, better to ask for a long espresso.

Love this location! Staff is great, clean store, travels well with Uber eats. Lots of vegan drink options available. Vegan food items are lacking in general at Starbucks, not a downside of this specific location but, nothing great food wise.

The customer service is amazing here. Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve been greeted by smiling faces and asked about my day. The staff love to chat and always make you feel at home. Sincerely one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, would highly recommend stopping in.

Starbucks are all the same but this one is in a gorgeous old Kingston limestone building, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Egg bites and drinks are standardized good.

I assume good will of people, but I don’t have a good explanation of what happened. I was asked my name and I pronounced and spelled my original name correctly for the staff. When they were preparing my drink I heard them joking and laughing about what kind of name is that. And when I got my drink they got my name awfully wrong to a bad word. I don’t know if this is because they don’t usually have Asians visiting. But I feel very disturbing about my experience
