I don't think anybody works here... terrible customer service. Second time mom and I have given them a chance. Nothing but empty customer service desks. Don't have a lot of what is advertised in stock.

I am giving a five star review because of the people that work there like Kevin and Matt just to name a couple. Though it is a conflicting review as it will be difficult to keep going to Toys R Us at all.I'm a collector of action figures, mainly Hasbro, and with the current increase in prices, for which I understand comes from Hasbro, I can't help but ask myself: what does TRU offer me that can compare with my 15% membership discount at GameStop? Yes I understand that this is a tier level discount but it's still a discount. And I have the ability to preorder what I want there without needing to compete with scalpers.A figure that used to be $33 ($29 two years ago) is now $40-43. As a collector I will pay that price but instead of going to TRU I will more than likely go somewhere that gives me more value as a customer. And before I hear they are toys for kids" let me say that I doubt parents will want to spend $40 on one figure for their child so this price is catered to collectors.These new prices are bringing domestic figures closer to import prices making imports an valid option for Canadian collectors.I will continue to go to Toys R Us but I'll be looking at sales or stopping by to see the friendly staff.I apologize for the rant I try to be a positive person but this does darken my future collecting hobby."

After visiting both BabiesRUs and BuyBuyBaby about 20 times we were finally able to decide on stroller and car seat thanks to Olivia. She was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions even if it meant going back and forth to consult the manual just to make sure she gave us the right answer. Thanks Olivia!

I bought a car seat stroller combo last night and was not told we could not exchange the product so today I returned and the cashier, Alycia, explained the reasoning behind it very thoroughly - which all made perfect sense, and after a call to her manager they did agree to do an exchange.Alycia, is incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and helpful! There was a line of about 10 people behind me and she had them all gone before the gentleman even brought out my stroller. The lady who was working in the strollers (unfortunately did not catch her name was unreal! she took the time to explain the stroller that I was buying - where I did not get any of that service last night!)All this to say that the staff on site today, Alycia and the lady working in the stroller department are phenomenal at what they do.

Bought a bbluv diaper bag just love the product so spacious and convenient! It has so many pockets perfect for organizing everything and easy to grab anything you need. I love that I don't need to dig threw the bag to try to find a pacifier or teething toy and love the fact that wipes are on side of bag and easy to access!!! Just love it!

Great selection of children’s toys

All of the ladies in the baby department are amazing! Best location in Ottawa because everyone at this store is very nice and helpful. I had issues with my registry + getting the crib I wanted, but they were able to sort things out for me :). Thanks!
