Shaun #113925 did a wonderful complete job for us today with our furnace AC tune up yearly service. He allowed us to tell him our issues and concerns. He was always pleasant and receptive.He was easy to communicate with and thorough in servicing our older furnace and AC. He worked inside and out. We will ask for him from now on. A real gentleman.

The worker Abdullah was very nice and understanding. Very polite and made sure that my AC worked and checked it before leaving to make sure everything was working. Helped us understand how to use the AC and all the different machines. Amazing service overall will definitely keep using this company!

Bruce was the technician who came to our house for the AC unit issue. Very competent, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in the way he worked. In and out in minutes. It was super pleasant interaction and we are glad we have signed up for the maintenance plan

Awful experience. I signed up for the plumbing heating and cooling maintence and repair protection plan. My back hose broke so I had someone come out. He comes out twice and popped a hole in my drywall to see where the hose went into the house which I understand. But said he couldn't figure it out, needed to get some outside advise and will get back to us. He left all the drywall mess everywhere and didn't call us back until we went to a supervisor over a week later. Supervisor came and advised us he will get someone else to come and do it on Friday between 8am and 12pm. I took time to be home and wait but no one showed up. This is followed by me calling to see where they are and the customer service person barely understanding anything I'm saying and telling me there is no appointment for today booked. She then tried to call the original guy back who said he was waiting on a part". I am now looking at paying out of pocket to have a reliable plumber come out to fix this issue.Further to that fiasco I went to get my AC and Furnace maintenance done and the guy barely opened anything up and within 5 minutes tells me my furnace is shot and I need a new one. No shock to anyone he has some sales person coming to my door later that day to sell me on a new furnace for what started as $7000 down to $4500. Pushy tactics and some how trying to now talk me into buying an AC unit too even though nothing is wrong with mine.Sure enough my furnace is broke but because of all of this I am not trusting them and their pushy tactics . I found a better deal on a better furnace and going with that company."

Norm (I'm sorry if I got the name wrong!!) was great!Called ahead with estimated time of arrival - helpful so I could put my dog away ahead of time (less barking and chaos with my kids around!)Very helpful and informative. He was also very polite and considerate, went out of his way to help with additional set up for keeping our air conditioner from overheating!Thank you for helping us out :)

We have been so fortunate to have the professional services of the plumber that came through to fix our shower and toilet. He was on time , was very efficient and professional. I’m pleased with his overall work, thank you reliance for connecting us with a great plumber!!! We really appreciate his service.

Guy couldn’t take of the faucet knob,, he said it had to be cut out, and the whole thing need to be redone,and he said the crtlige in in u can’t get in the store, whitch is not true, u can go to Rona and they give u free cartilage.The guy left I tried the faucet an it’s not leaking, something was probably just stuck in the.

Our a/c stopped working and we bought a new Air Conditioner and Furnace. Corey was very thorough and informed me that the freon was empty. Justin came by that evening and was so knowledgeable in explaining the best a/c and furnace combo for our use. The next morning, Cameron, Avery and Jeff were amazing in installing our new systems. Robin called to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. We are so impressed and happy with the job done by all. Justin is so knowledgeable and we were impressed with the information he provided us. We will definitely recommend Justin and Reliance to our friends and neighbour's.

Our AC had broken down on one of the hottest days of the year. Although I had difficulty with the customer service rep (he had a hard time understanding me even though I spoke loud and clearly), the first service guy (John) came and quickly assessed our situation. He contacted his sales rep Susan to come right away in which she did. She came and thoroughly discuss our options. We agreed that we also needed to replace our old furnace. She was able to get us an installation date for the next day which was fantastic. We have 2 dogs and 2 kids so it was very hot in the house. The service guys (Tony, Sam, and another guy) came on time. They were very nice, professional, and respected our space. I was expecting them to take all day with the installation but they finished in half the time. Tony showed me what they did and how to work the new Nest thermostat. They didn't leave a big mess and even cleaned up a bit. So yes I would highly recommend them for their top-notch service. Thank you!
