Feldman Daxon's services were included in a severance package I received from my former employer. Having never worked with a career transition group before I was unsure what to expect, however my coach Patricia was a blessing. She helped me every step of the way, from dealing with the emotions of job loss to discussing what to expect in the coming days, weeks, etc. She ensured I had everything in place, including working with me to update my LinkedIn profile, my resume, and helping me polish my interview skills so that I was in the best position possible for any future role I applied to.I owe the Feldman Daxon team a debt of gratitude and have successfully landed a new role with a great company.

I was matched up with Patricia who truly cared about my success as a professional and as a person. She ensured that I not only was able to bounce back from the setback I was going through, but move on to bigger and better things that better fit where I wanted to be. I can't recommend Patricia and Feldman Daxon enough!

Had their service paid for by employer upon severance. While the people were friendly and kind, the service itself was no more helpful than my local government provided employment services (basic resume, interviewing skills, linkedin, etc.). Their database is somewhat helpful but I also found that many resources are readily available via googling. As someone who has done coaching in previous roles I found one on one counselling to be somewhat patronizing and lacking the tone of an effective coach. Take advantage if the service is offered to you through an employer but I wouldn't personally pay for their services.
