I had an absolutely phenomenal experience the last time I went. The staff were helpful and pleasant but not too pressing, the product I wanted was not only in stock in my size but I also received a surprise discount! Top notch store for sure and I'll definitely be returning when I need something they have next time I do.

Large location with good selection. Bought some nice windriver hiking boots. The young sales staff said he would check in the back for my boots, and then got distracted flirting with the girl at the check out. After about 10 minutes of waiting for him, a more experienced associate who had been helping another customer was able to assist me. He was still flirting when I had to interrupt them to check out (lol). Not a lot of specials/ clearance.

I don't like to shop/browse for clothes. You can find almost everything you need here when it comes to clothes. Affordable sectors and variety. Plus ask about all the other retail stores they have partnerships with.

I had the pleasure of being served by 'Sam' one of the clerks at Marks in Sudbury on Long Lake Road, an excellent example of attentive (means he just doesn't hear, he actually listens to what the customer is saying) service. This kid is at the top of his game there and deserves managements attention, he's an asset to your organization. You can't train someone to listen, it's a gift.

Listen quality clothing used to be Sears.Marks have great clothes. Shop the sales, they are expensive but remember quality isn't cheap. You want cheap clothing go to WalmartThe 4 corners Marks is great. Curious, friendly staff who want to help you. What a refreshing change.Thank you ladies!!!!
