Kerry has been instrumental in both the purchase and sale of a property on me and my dad's behalf. Most recently in November, Kerry sold our family property where my dad lived for over 50 years. Kerry prepared the sale well with an impressive portfolio of pictures and a drone video that extolled the benefits of living in the village of Eden Mills. She was with us all the way through closing, keeping us well informed and walking us through all the steps. Prior to that, Kerry arranged the purchase of a city of Guelph property for my dad, which he continues to enjoy. Following the sale, she arranged for a pre-move cleaning of the property, which was quite a task, and connected us with a good contractor to complete some work needed to ready the property for my dad. Both the purchase and sale were primarily handled remotely as I live and work over 3000 miles from Guelph with a 2 hour time difference and dad is not fond of any paperwork. Kerry adapted well to these circumstances getting me through the necessary steps that required me to be in Guelph when I was there and keeping me on task when I was not. We were in good hands and I would be happy to work with Kerry again and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.
