Culligan Ultrapure of Northfield

We can't say thank you enough for designing the custom Reverse-Osmosis filtration system for the two wells on our farm. We've owned water conditioning and iron-out systems for over 30 years but worrisome water test results last summer required very specialized filtering. We are now able to ditch the countertop unit and just drink and cook from the tap with confidence.

Dependable service and the delivery man is always willing to answer any questions we may have about the water softener. He is neat, polite and thoughtful.We have recently installed a rental Reverse Osmosis tank and love our new fresh water..both in our faucet, our ice maker, and refrigerator door.It is wonderful not to have to tote bottles of water around anymore, Just turn on the faucet. thank you Culligan.

We have had nothing but problems with Culligan of Northfield since purchasing our RO water system a few years ago. It all started with the system being installed incorrectly which started a leak and caused serious damage to our house, and then they turned around and blamed us for being irresponsible homeowners for not realizing the leak was taking place. Well...after being looked at by an actual professional not associated with Culligan of Northfield...it was deemed to be a slow leak over time that would have been near impossible to catch until it rearing its ugly head and causing damage. When Culligan of Northfield came to inspect the tank and assembly, they stole the faulty part from our house to hide their fault. You cannot trust them. Here is another incident for prospective buyers to consider...recently we had some filters replaced and when we received the invoice it included a $90 trip charge fee. I called to inquire about this fee as it was not originally disclosed when my wife scheduled the appointment or when the technician came to our house. They claim that they disclose this to all service appointments, but I asked my wife several times if they disclosed this fee to her and she insisted that they didn’t...and after telling this to the extremely rude lady who works the front desk, she claimed that I was lying and thought I was crazy for not thinking that a trip charged would be assessed. I told her that if it was originally disclosed I wouldn’t have a problem, but it wasn’t and I was simply giving them constructive feedback. She got very defensive and was extremely rude. This is how they treat their customers who buy their overpriced crappy products, because they feel entitled due to them being in business for several decades...who cares...we are still customers, and if you didn’t have us...you wouldn’t have anything. I would strongly recommend not doing business with this local Culligan Provider. They deserve zero stars!!! Find another option and thank yourself everyday thereafter.

Excellent service from courteous knowledgeable people. Delivery folks willing to go the extra mile" to deliver my salt to the point of use. Folks are really doing all the right things in the pandemic and you've got a customer for life!"

We liked the whole process. From sales to install to a service visit. Jim, our sales guy, he was awesome. Fun to work with, answered all of our questions, patient with my forgetfulness. The system we purchased works as described and right fit for our house.

Our water is always delivered exactly as scheduled. If we need to change or cancel a delivery, I call the office and they take care of it. The delivery and office people are always friendly, polite and helpful. We love the water. We prefer using Culligan water over tap water for drinking cooking and making coffee. Even our cat prefers Culligan water over tap water!

Absolutely the worst customer service. They are only interested in collecting one fee after another. No consideration for discounting their excessive service fee, even though I was charged 3 trip fees within a matter of months because they did not fix the problem. No time to respond to call for service - just too busy. I’ll help you out and take my business elsewhere.

Culligan's team is efficient and their prices are very fair. At our office, our delivery guy comes in quietly to our suite, goes directly to where we store our water, assesses our needs, and fills our order flawlessly each time. We have never run out of water. I would highly recommend this Culligan branch to anyone!

Overpriced and rude customer service. They charge an outrageous and unaffordable $90 trip" fee on top of the labor and parts and they also charge a statement processing fee. Instead of a $120 bill I ended up with one over $236! Next time I will contact a local plumber and save money and get better customer service.I just wanted to follow up on my original comment as a reply was given by the owner and I sent a direct email to him but I have not heard a response since. Just an FYI to all of you out there."
