Great selection of Hong Kong style buns. Always a big line at the cashier after you pick your favourite buns. Right next to Superstore so it's convenient and easy to locate.

Edit:Usually, their cakes are pretty good, but occasionally, you will get one that was not freshly baked and has a freezer burn taste.Ordered an 8 inch mocha cake. It was moist but not in a good way; it was soggy. As soon as we cut it, water started seeping out - like when you squeeze water out of a sponge. It looks like it was frozen and displayed several times - it did not taste fresh at all.

This bakery is my all time favorite! They have the best cakes and pastries. Their bread is a bit pricy but all so worth your money. My favorite bread are as follows: triple cheese toast, coconut bun and strawberry cheese yudane bread. All are a must try!

I tried Red Bean Pie - Chocolate Roll - Napoleon Slice , it’s Okay taste and quality, definitely over priced and rated. The smell is amazing but products are not the same level

My go to quick snack at St. Germaine is the almond croissant. It’s the bomb! Not too sweet, loaded with almonds & priced reasonably. The pastries and cakes look yummy but not sure based on how the others reviewed the cakes. You can either buy the cake whole or buy the slice. I like the slice idea for a better variety at a party.What I love is that they take credit cards! Not like other bakeries that accept only cash.

Green Tea Mochi was filled with cream and red bean. Was honestly better than expected. It was nice chewy and not too sweet.Carrot Cake was also very good and not too sweet because it was not full of frosting.Probably avoid going when they open. Their selection when the opened was pretty mediocre.

I've tried their black forest cake, yummy.Although I am a traditionalist maybe, there should be cherries, not strawberries. I'd really love to try their rose cake!Very conveniently located at the mall with transit and parking close by.

I'm here just to praise the best three cheese sandwich I've ever had. Their pork bun is also delicious :) Ps.: It's a very busy location and good customer service neves happens - which doesn't bother me in this case to be honest, but just to point it out.
