Never experienced it before. Paid at the pump Gurdeep came and slammed my car saying I didn’t pay for it, even after I showed him the online payment proof. He called someone to check and just walked off even without apologies till I called him back to apologize.

Good customer service. Clean and bright. There’s lots of snacks to buy. There’s a Tim Hortons inside.

Friendly personal. Very convenient.

Esso is my Gas Station. Their system works well with my Optimum Rewards program. The staff also are always friendly. They’re always ready to help when needed.

Could have been a decent gas station.What happened for this low rating?When you purchase your goodies from the station, please make sure you DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. The price displayed on the sign and the actual price that is billed on to your receipt could be different. Price discrepancy!!!! So I have told the cashier the discrepancy, and he said he knew it and he doesn't even apologize or make any changes about it. Although it is not a lot of money. It's called integrity. I felt ripped from a corporate. To the owner and ESSO corporate, just because you have updated your cash register but without changing the price sign could mislead a lot of people. To the rest of the people who are reading this, be careful and double check with your receipt.

One of the worst Essos I have ever been too. They do not accept or scan my Esso $50 gift card. Management needs to train their staff on how to scan and accept THEIR OWN gift cards. What's the point of having an Esso gas gift card if you cannot use it. Waste of money...

Very busy location. Two terminals were not being utilized. People were buying lottery tickets at checkouts and creating a traffic jam inside.

Poor customer service, doesn't know about their own brand promotions, on personal calls during customer interactions, and 2 of 3 purchases were over a month expired.When I asked about where to find their Circle K brand nuts and chips (qualify for a promotion) the woman said they don't carry them. Yes they did after having to hunt through the disorganized displays. Was not cooperative when trying to scan coupons.

Stuck in the snow in the gas station and when i asked the attendant for a shovel or help he told me they don’t have shovels and he can’t help. I’ve never seen a gas station without a shovel for their walk. I’m impressed by the lack of customer service.
